It was the oil all along

It’s not something that comes across mainstream media often, so I’m relieved to hear someone admitting that the Iraq war was really only about the oil.

Bill Moyers burned himself into my psyche when I first saw him interview Joseph Campbell, way back when.

In this link and video interview , he talks with Banjamin Barber, who’s latest book "Consumed" looks at our world of consumption and how we (at least us folks in the marketing industry) push the model further to the brink.

At a point in the video, they discuss ‘intervention’. So … when do we intervene?
